There will be a season 3 and 4
Each season adds more than just characters and levels. The entire gameplay has changed.
In fact, a completely different company did Season 2.

Killer Instinct is a different animal bruh, seriously.
All games are digital, because they offered K.I. as a Digital download you seem to act like it is not a full retail fighting game
Now the "seasons" is not really DLC. They would call it that if that was all it was.
DLC would be characters and maybe stages.

When a new game comes out, the gameplay changes. And that other stuff.
The changes that were made from Season 1 to Season 2 are greater than the changes made from Street Fighter 4 to Street Fighter 5 (Tru Story)

Everything has been revamped, even the graphics have changed. The studio who made season 1, a different company made season 2, added things they always wanted in Killer Instinct, while retaining the core gameplay of season 1. Its a remarkable achievement actually. But here you are talking down on it because?

It is a TOTALLY NEW GAME. You should try it, its FREE to play bruh so there really is no excuse for all this poppycock.
