"Artistic Choice" to not use my whole screen

Anyway this game not coming out to PC so why even be concerned?
Seems silly to be upset over a game not coming out on a platform you prefer.

I can't stand these armchair forum developers like y'all selves that swear they know more than the devs making the games. You really think they're ignorant to the stuff we saying?? You think they don't KNOW about all this shyt?? Get off your high horse for a second breh
If they still decided to make a game the way they chose to, that's on them. You may not like it fine, don't buy the game. You have a choice.

I've never met a person that admitted to liking black bars in movies or on TV though have you?

it's necessary when you're viewing something that was originally made with a different aspect ratio then your display. I definitely prefer black bars over a stretched image

but building them into the game is kinda wack IMO. I'd prefer it to use my whole 16:9 display

Please make a thread about how upset you're going to be because The Evil Within game(You know a Personal Computer game too) has black bars in it just like The Order.

I bet you won't hear a PEEP from y'all. It's only an issue because it's a playstation game.

You must've threw your PC out the window when you booted up LA Noir on PC and it had a 30fps cap and black bars. Rockstar did that by choice .

I was kinda bummed about the 30 fps thing, but i guess that's how their face-tech worked. there were no black bars during gameplay, and I don't care much about cut scenes. ultimately I stopped playing that game because it got kinda redundant and boring. I guess Rockstar also did that by choice

seems the black bars were for non-16:9 resolutions. probably why I didn't see them

but yeah, lazy PC port gets fixed by modders. The Order on PS4 stuck with "artistic choice" black bars forever

Yeah but who opts in when they're completely optional? Nobody likes the style so why make a stylistic choice to do something people only tolerate because they have to?
