The ability to ask your console if a given friend is online and send an invite with a voice command without having to stop the game and go into menus should be an industry standard.

Nah Kinect is integral to the Xbox One. Its weird that you dudes just can't seem to understand this
Its like getting an iPhone or a GalaxyS6, but saying instead of using Siri/Google now with your voice
You'll put on headphones to talk to your phone instead

Not sure why you like taking steps backwards, but do that on PS4 (Have you seen The last Guardian?)
