I get what you mean by start up vs established brand but just for context. The XFL barely gets 2 million viewers while SNF averaged 20 million viewers last season, TNF average 15 million and MNF averaged 12 million.

AEW actually has a closer margin to RAW, while going against a show that's suppose to directly hinder it's numbers.

Somebody made a thread basically saying Vince formed the NXT/mid card title answer to the NFL, and it was spot on. I’ve been entertained by the games I’ve seen, and there’s a good amount of subtle changes that differentiates it from the NFL, without it being totally outlandish and off putting like the 01 XFL. This league may actually have some legs, and it helps having the amounts and types of sponsors they have.
