I don't think people use iphones because they are the most advanced/have the best features. people use iphones because of ease of use and likely because of how it integrates with other apple products they likely have
there's also the social status side of things that apple has managed to push and indoctrinate with their marketing
but ultimately, people/companies need to start selling these other products on their merits rather than try to shame iphone users out of theirs
