I'm talking about P from a EMCEE standpoint not a business man. He's wack on the mic. No skills whatsoever. Wack lyrics, delivery, flow.

He'd go head up with Malachi the Nutcracker for the ship in WOAT Rapper Tournament.

:mjlol: multiple classic albums.

:mjlol: at No Limit having ANY classic albums

Besides Snoop's albums after his awful No Limit debut, No Limit has put out some of the worst rap music in Hip Hop history...just awful:manny:.

I think you are confusing rapper with businessman here...didn't you have Luke in this tournament:mjlol:....:snoop:

i dont get caught up in all that EMCEE talk.

listen man. im from philly. everybody can spit. i can walk out to my steps and start a cypher up with the first 2 people that walk by. so when it comes to actually throwing something in the deck, i need more than just emceeing. im already spoiled and not easily impressed by emceeing.

im all about the artists & the musical output - which youre noticeably avoiding. i could care less about that rippity rap stuff.

and i doubt that you heard a master p record, seeing that you seem to think snoop was at the top of no limit when it came to quality music. he wasnt even a contender.

master p had a wack delivery & flow? you def never heard a P record. the only knock is that hes not a technically-skilled lyricist. but so what? niccas respond to the rappers that move them. he had IT breh. like i said, if P was as wack as you claim he was, then he would still be selling records out his trunk instead of building an INDEPENDENT empire.

How are you going to have a GOAT rapper tournament and throw skills out the window?? Master P was a wack rapper. He was not good at all at RAPPING hence the word rapper. Luke wasn't even a rapper.

If you had Master P in the GOAT Rap Artist Tournament then I could see that even though I felt his music was :trash: along with No Limit's musical output. At least Cash Money had Mannie Fresh.

Come on Wacky this is the GOAT rapper. When people think of GOAT rapper do you honestly think people are thinking of Master P.

"Rippity Rap stuff" is just an excuse for giving wack rappers a pass. There are plenty of rappers that are in this tournament that should be there that aren't "Rippity Rap".

When Snoop stop funkin with beats by the pound his music on No Limit got better.

Don't get me wrong the tournament overall was dope I just disagreed with Master P and Luke among a few others making it. It's like a few 0-30 teams in regular season somehow made the tournament.:lolbron:

:usure: do you see the term "GOAT EMCEE" anywhere in the title breh?

master p made albums like ghetto d, ice cream man, etc. why wouldnt he be in the tournament? have you even heard any of those albums? you keep dodging that part. hes great at rapping. im not throwing skills out the window. theres more to rapping, and more to skills than just lyrics.

snoop sounded better without beats by the pound because hes not a good fit for their beats. nor did he even make the same type of music. thats not a knock on BBTP at all. especially seeing that all the guests came correct on that 1st no limit album, and snoop got outshined on every track. again, did you listen to this stuff or just going off heresay? im not trying to jump on your case. just saying.

well we just have a difference of opinion on P being great at rapping.

Yeah some of Master P's early work was cool but I never though of him as a good rapper let alone a great rapper:manny:

It's all good.

hol' up cannon.

how you gonna say all this stuff about P, then turn around and defend the beastie boys in the other thread? they make master p look like rakim. i could at least see if you were defending "licensed to ill" but nope. you were defending paul's boutique.

consistensy brehs.

you clearly have a bias. you even dissed cash money out of nowhere and they have nothing to do with this.

even if you dont particularly agree with the seedings(which isnt possible anyway), yall gotta admit, this is the least biased & most well-rounded tournament that youll prolly ever see.

I never would put any of the Beastie Boys any where near a GOAT rapper tournament and wouldn't have any problem with them being in the WOAT Rapper tournament but their 1st two albums are better than anything Master P has been associated with in my humble opinion.

Just because I liked the Beasties as group for their 1st two albums doesn't mean I think they are good rappers let alone great. They were better artists than rappers same with P.

so youre saying that you wouldnt ranki them as a top 65 group?

im not sold on the idea that you ever gave a fair listen to a master p album, or even a listen at all.

naw cannon. believe what YOU want.

nobody bought his albums to listen to a business lecture.

youre not gonna have a powerful movement and sell a gazillion records off of independent street music if youre wack.
