i just moved to Texas for my first full time gig. Previously was in Atlanta, just touched down out here today. I been talking to my sponser and he keeps telling me "oh yea, you don't wanna live *there*
, it's not the best area. You wanna get the most bang for your buck if you're paying rent."
I know what breh means, if I live in those areas I suggested to him then I'll be around a bunch of black people and more than likely they're gon be broke
They suggest I put about $1000 down for the rent somewhere, I'm tryna spend around 600-700
and my thing is im coming from Atlanta. I'm used to going Monday-Saturday and not seeing any cacs. I'm willing to live in a modest spot for the three years I gotta be here then I can dip, at least I can be around my own people
