this is why i proposed they just made a portal, 3 weeks ago when they agreed on this bill with multiple alphetical orders (A-F, G-M, M-Z) or whatever to not clog up the site and you just enter your SSN # and bank info or mailing address and everyone over the age of 15 would get one. Once you start putting requirements on something like this it was bound to fukk up from the start
