Filed through TurboTax 2018 and got my refund on their shytty card.
Fast forward to today and all their services have crashed.
Yet I check the IRS portal (Get My Payment | Internal Revenue Service) and it says my payment has been deposited.

When I checked it says "According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time."
What's that supposed to mean?
I made 79k last year so I know I'm not getting the full amount but I'm supposed to still get something!

I don't really understand people bragging about getting these checks. To my understanding doesn't the government take back the 1.2k later on from you in a year or something
