What's that supposed to mean? I made 79k last year so I know I'm not getting the full amount but I'm supposed to still get something!

Haven't filed 2019 but my 2018 return is on irs.gov plan as day. They see that shyt.

Could be a number of things, either some corrections were needed on your 2018, u owe CS or possibly if you receive SSI or social security the banking on file is different from your taxes.
