Thank goodness I didn't use Turbotax this year. I filed with TaxAct and got my stimulus check yesterday@richaveli83 theyre saying its an issue with mostly Turbotax and some HRBlock that they sent some of their info wrong into the IRS
the IRS is saying "its a glitch" on their end, Turbotax is saying once they release info to IRS its out of their hands

Go to the track my payment portal on the IRS site. If you successfully get in, I think there's an option to send your DD information

From my understanding, turbotax fumbled sending 2019 in and only sent 2018 in but if you owed in 2018 and didnt in 2019 (i owed both) they didnt send the bank info to the irs, or in some people case that didnt that moved banks from 2018 to 2019 they sent to the closed account. Cbs news has better info than me
So the IRS only has DD info from people who used Turbotax in both years?
I believe irs updated the portal to now to reflect that, they made a tweet about 2 hours ago saying it should work now. I cant tell because im locked out 24 hours
Only has DD info from 2018 and only if you didnt owe that year, from my understanding
