Idk breh, I've had good experiences with a bunch of Africans besides Nigerians. Sorry to single them out but anytime I come in contact with them seems there's always an issue. No matter how polite I try to be to them I get the vibe that they feel they're better than me for some reason. I've had Nigerians ask me if I'm from the Caribbean or if I'm Hispanic, the moment I tell them I'm African-American their entire body language changes. I don't know what the issue is. I just avoid them now though. It is what it is. The Liberians and Ghanaians I've met have been pretty cool peoples though.

We are divided. We already know this, and this is why I say it would be nice if brothers here could make it big in Africa but if you need to go elsewhere then do it. Any place outside of the West (or Middle East) is preferable to America/Canada/UK.

OP some Africans will stereotype you but will scream about their own stereotypes. Hypocrisy runs in every culture. I used to think they made their money in corrupt ways and then fled their countries. I've been cool with some, but only after showing that l was academically superior to them. Unfortunately there were a lot more Africans in hard science than AA though.
