You have a phone, if not an apple watch or Samsung....download a free app that tracks your GPS. Youre new so you probably will only make it a mile or 2 before your body starts to kick your ass. Physical activity is good for your brain, emotions, as well as your physical health.
A modest walking pace might be 15-20 minute miles. So like I said, you're new you'll probably be out there less than an hour. When you start walking or jogging 5-10 miles a day, holla at me.
