Therapist wants me to fill out 8 sheets to face time SMH

The one breh I found on psychologytoday sent me 8 sheets to fill out and I gotta sign them not just e signature. So I gotta print it out and shyt.

I was gonna fill the breh pockets with $100 or how ever his sliding scale works. I’m just go to the skrip club Thursday night and go half on one of these young harlots phone bill to get blue balled instead :mjgrin:.

Unless some alternative exists?

You have a phone, if not an apple watch or Samsung....download a free app that tracks your GPS. Youre new so you probably will only make it a mile or 2 before your body starts to kick your ass. Physical activity is good for your brain, emotions, as well as your physical health.

A modest walking pace might be 15-20 minute miles. So like I said, you're new you'll probably be out there less than an hour. When you start walking or jogging 5-10 miles a day, holla at me.

I took advice and bought some on sale beat courses on udemy but lately I have been learning 3D modeling. That can wait til the weekend.

Well you have options breh.

Either man up and walk outside. You can walk anywhere...even O Block. Or use the money you were going to pay a therapist and buy a gym membership or better yet browse Craigslist and get a treadmill for less than $200. They are there I look weekly. Too many people will give them away for free if you come pick it up. Or go to Wal-Mart.com or Amazon and buy one and use there credit system $30 a month or every 2 weeks or whatever.

Isn't that the standard thing to do? When I started reviving mental health services I had to fill some sheets about my mental health.
This is pretty standard, even tho most places have moved to doing it on the computer.

OP just do the paperwork. It does save time in the actual appointment that you are paying for.
