1. it took him pretty much his entire rookie deal to do that (actually his 2nd year he was legit.)
2.DeRozan clearly was learnng and honing his skills, especially by year 2 (and I'm not giving up on Wiggins), but he's hard to watch. His best game IMO was 6 weeks ago vs. BK. He actually looked like he was trying to apply the shyt he was being taught. Now you can't tell when he's in the game. With DeRozan it was, ok, give him some time, but you can tell, the tools are there. What is Wiggins really displaying outside of a game here and there? He's playing scared. I've seen DeRozan play like crap but I can't remember walking away thinking he was bytchmade. I'd rather Wiggins be on some chucking up 35 shots type shyt where he green lights himself to do whatever he wants. At least it would look like he was trying to stunt. That's the one place where LaVine has him beat.
It'll be easier to judge when Ricky comes back, but man he better be some budding all-star type shyt after playing alongside him because if that doesn't help, he's gonna be ehh his whole career.
