MGSV's AI is nothing special. I rather AI like how you said, more personal. The small segment in the UC4 PSX demo footage where drake temporarily loses the guards and as he crouches in the grass two guards come up the ledge and they talk while walking and one instructs the other to go that way and the other one went on his own path. As you're in the grass, just a little movement caused the guard to react so realistically.that's why i laugh at these dudes saying we asking for too much
everybody in the damn world's main complaint about MGS (besides the story) was the fact it was so damn repetitive. you do the same shyt over and over and over again... and the enemies get new tools, but never any smarter.... put to sleep, fulton, find guy, fulton, dive in bushes during alert, fulton, put to sleep, fulton, do too much and have to kill some people, be mad, wait for alert to go down, put to sleep the rest, fulton, base cleared, extract
that's literally every mission
like i said, i'll take the graphics and the gameplay and move the rest of that shyt to the side
Just listen to the way they guards spoke as SOON as drake runs out of their FOV: "shyt where he go!?"

This looks next gen. MGSV is a fukking last gen game remastered to current gen. I know the MGSV fanboys don't want to hear it but that game is unimpressive. Sorry
