there was a Tony dungy article about this issue recently
Tony Dungy criticizes narrative that Black coaches interview poorly (usatoday.com)
but none of us knows whats going on in that interview room and how breh is personality wise
i dont know if ive ever seen like an interview for him, havent searched for it either
Can't see the article but I wonder if it's similar to an NBC sports clip I saw.
(Can't find the clip) But Dungy also says that a lot of times the owners treat hiring a HC like hiring management at their business, which hurts some coaches since leading a locker room and applying football concepts is different than a office and the ownership just don't really understand that dynamic.

it's effective. Titans been one of the highest scoring, most efficient offenses the last two years.
