There have been a lot of whispers that Eric Bieniamy won't land a HC job again this year

Caldwell was in Detroit for 3 fukking years. :dahell:

Don't even bother, I remember fighting with Lions fans who were "fed up" with Caldwell and his winning seasons. I'll never understand fans of bad, useless franchises having these ridiculous standards. Getting rid of Caldwell in haste set your franchise back several years...haven't even sniffed the playoffs since. :mjlol:

Look...

There's huge difference between HC and OC/DC. HC is like the manager. Their job is to supervise everyone.

Alotta coordinators who got HC jobs failed because.....They're meant to be coordinators. Nothing wrong with that...play your position.

Reading that article, son sounds like a coordinator. He doesn't see the entire picture as an executive needs too. Iono maybe he needs to get a lil older. Those of you who work and moved up in your jobs from employee to supervisor to manager, etc., you know there’s different mentalities and a person must be ready for what it entails.

The reason these average cacs get a shot is, they know how to play a game we as black men usually won't. It is what it is.

And besides cacs own all this, if we want to buck we need to create our own.
Statements like this are dangerous. The shut up & dribble mentality.

These black coaches deserve fair shots, just because we don’t own it does not mean we shouldn’t speak up & demand fairness .

I guess the black candidates didn't interview well. I guess ex black HCs are not qualified for the job. I mean how could they compare to a fukking QB coach?

Have we hit every spin point yet?
Poor interview, his criminal record, not enough experience, not calling plays, his weight, it's actually all the star player ... everything that didn't matter for white coaches in the past. :mjlol:

There has to be a few more left.

Above the fray.
Reid isnt going anywhere, not for a while
Until Pat Mahomes fall off:usure:

Andy ain't going nowhere as long as Mahomes the QB

.......and somehow dudes think that the Offensive Coordinator who developed that potential GOAT Quarterback doesn't think the same way the current coach does

When it comes down to it we all know why he won’t be a HC in the league! It’s the same as every other venue and occupation in America.

A mediocre less experienced white man could somehow get more opportunities than a black man with experienced who has excelled or at least had the resume.

“he doesn’t interview well” “he could sell himself better” “he doesn’t really call the plays or deal with the players” WE ALL KNOW THATS BULLshyt WHEN HALF OF THESE COACHES HAVE BEEN HIRED FOR LESS!!!

If you think anything different gtfoh. Everything in this country will always be black and white smh

Its cause andy ried still calls the plays.

There's a poster on a Jets forum I'm on that is plugged in (has connections to people within the Jets as well as around the league). Apparantly Bieniemy has interviewed poorly with everyone. This is what he said...

that’s crazy, but then in the same breath, i can’t believe these other dudes came in with all these things in place and just knocked they socks off, or maybe he just doesn’t want to leave the situation he’s in

they say he calls the plays, not sure where this notion that he doesn’t comes from

They figure cuz he's black he's not qualified to call the plays.

One coach that makes no sense is Caldwell, dude goes to the playoffs in Detroit of all places and now he ain’t got a job? :dwillhuh:
The Indy firing was even crazier. Three years where he was 14-2 (lost in SB), 10-6 (made playoffs), and 2-14 only because they were tanking when Peyton got hurt and they had guys like Kerry Collins/Painter/Orvlosky starting

One of my biggest pet peeves, fans and reporters of joke franchise or college programs trying to drive a coach out of town.

Have not ONE banner hanging from your arena or stadium and being impatient like you're George Steinbrenner or Jerry Buss.

GTFO !

Ok, and...? Joe Judge never called a play in his life and was a ST assistant. What makes him more qualified?
They didnt hire joe judge for play calling though. Thats with eric is being touted for. With that and bad interviewing...not a good look.

No..its just teams arent sure the succeas of KC isnt cause of reid. Teams are learning that with nagy. I want him to get a HC job too.
:russ: See how this skepticism only now applies to black coaches? Nobody gives a fukk when every Belicheck assistant gets a HC job, or Saban's assistants, or Reids former assistants. All of course cacs.

"See that Joe Judge reminds me of myself when I was younger, a real hard hat lunch pail grinder who got it out the mud by his own bootstraps and no c00ney.....errr...uhm....Rooney rule needed"

:mjpls:

I cant believe some of yall cosigned some of these lame ass excuses.....the man is too fat?? Gtfoh:rudy:
