There have been a lot of whispers that Eric Bieniamy won't land a HC job again this year

The rational im hearing is that Absolutely no one thinks that the Chiefs offense will miss a beat if Bienemy leaves. Also he interviews poorly.

They didnt hire joe judge for play calling though. Thats with eric is being touted for. With that and bad interviewing...not a good look.

No..its just teams arent sure the succeas of KC isnt cause of reid. Teams are learning that with nagy. I want him to get a HC job too.

:mjlol:
So why'd they hire Joe Judge? If it wasn't for playcalling? We know he wasn't responsible for the Patriots success, being a special teams coordinator, of all titles.

As long as we still got nikkas on the coli excusing this shyt black coaches will never get a fair shake.

Think about it. This is as black of a website you can find on the internet and brothers are justifying the clear bullshyt. If we can't even come together on a site full of black people to clearly state the obvious, do you think rich white cacs will?

Above the fray.
If you think anything different gtfoh. Everything in this country will always be black and white smh

Sports are too competitive for teams to do anything other than hire the best guy/best fit for the job. This is what lead to the eventual erasing of biases against positions that were supposed to be reserved for white guys, QB, MLB..

Alabama getting the score run up on them by integrated west coast teams is what lead to the Crimson Tide recruiting Black football players.

Teams that are serious about winning are eventually going get tired of getting hustled by hiring &/ firing Belichik's underlings, and recycling non descript white coaches.

Black owned franchises would help reduce the existing biases, but teams that are for real about winning will stop shooting themselves in the foot.

Shoutout to that Tony Dungy coaching tree.

Naw breh...

Poor interviewing is real. He has a resume to be a great coordinator. HC is a different job title.

As someone that’s sat and observed plenty of interviews at the corporate level, CACs can make the interview process extremely difficult on a black applicant as opposed to their white counterparts for the exact same position, therefore I really don’t care to hear a white man claim that a black man doesn’t interview well.

There’s just a lot of bull shyt but at the end of the day they want to hire someone that looks like them. The white people that are willing to hire minorities are the exception and are typically more comfortable around minorities then the average CAC.

One thing I learned about white people is that some would rather lose the "right" way in there minds, then to win the "wrong" way if you get my drift.

black people not allowed to have nuance now? :unimpressed:

Every one on the media is on this guy begging him to get a job you really think he’s getting discriminated?:unimpressed:

I’m not saying there is total fairness in the hiring process but we aren’t allowed to think any other way on EVERY HIRE? :mjtf:

There’s much more deserving black coaches without a job right now:mjtf:

Is being wrong "nuance" now? We got nikkas in here so brainwashed we can't see a clear disproportion and call it what it is. White people have tricked yall into thinking this type of thinking is "nuance" or being "objective". It's not. Got people hustling backwards and fighting against their own progress smh

nikka that's a problem too :mjtf:. We can only focus on one coach at a time? You can't acknowledge multiple issues when it comes to hiring black coaches? So I need to act like what's happening to Eric is ok? And you were talking about nuance:mjlol:
