OP, the black manosphere gets most of their ideas and concepts from the right. That's why at some point you will see them using far-right talking points and shaming tactics.
A few years ago, you would have to look for them on these platforms, but now they are just in every corner.

People were stuck inside and forced to consume the internet more than they normally did so ended up finding these channels which as a result became even bigger.
Content creators saw how big and lucrative this type of content is so adjusted to do the same.

I have never seen a straight leftist or progressive give the movement any more than a glance and say not for them
I notice a lot of the people in the movement have moved further and further right to cater to their primary fanbase and collect money but still the audience is strictly for conservative values at its center
The only women who complain about the community as well are right wing women which means the "lessons" are effecting them in some way
Liberal progressive women simply laugh at a lot of these incels and don't usually complain about this nonsense because it doesn't effect them
