So will the media continue to try and act like Carly Fiorina and John Kasich have a shot in hell at winning the Republican nomination or are they going to finally look to make Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz seem like they are actually impressive at these debates?

IMO Carly Fiorina is probably angling for a VP spot. I'm sure the GOP would like to have a female on the card to counter Clinton's advantage with female voters.

Kasich is just too moderate for the GOP base and Cruz is just too extreme.


I'll be curious to see how Carson and Rubio do tonight.

You need Kasich there to give the illusion of a moderate republican base for center right/independents. Knock him out now, all the moderates either turn off the tv or start watching the democratic debate and actually learning something.

Freedom Caucus has the GOP shook. Their MO is obstructionism and symbolic anti-govt (and PC and woman and minority) gestures to please the Koch bros and their despondent broke white devotees
