I give $25(20 cut + 5tip) or if I've gone awhile n made his job harder than normal, $30-35.

I pay 20-25, but I know barbers in the city and Jersey still charging 13-15 and eating well. A lot depends on location and traffic in the area.

Barbers were really eating good when everyone was going with the Ball is Life/nappy fro cut the last few years. Charging full cut prices for lineup’s worth of time. That’s kinda going away now though.

Some barbers try and makeup for their lack of clientele by charging $40+ off top, that’s gotta

I learned how to cut my own hair, when I do it doesnt look A1...it looks like a B or B+ thats fine with me I dont like to look over groomed anyway. But if there is an important event I need to attend...I go to a barber. So I pay for haircuts 8 -10x a year
