That being said, in regard to understanding of racial identity, there are White people who are no better off than Black people, especially in a poor near-all White community.

This might sound crazy, but driving through poor rural appalachia cac towns have me damn near shook at times. Seeing cacs in living in spots as bad as or worse than black ones is some shyt.
