Amazon has their own drivers now b.
We use contracting companies (not FedEx/UPS) who employ drivers to deliver. They wear Amazon shirts and hats and drive leased cargo vans.
Amazon drivers can get what are called concessions.
Concessions are when customers call and say their packages were stolen. Whether it’s true or false.
3 or more concessions and you get a Tier 2 offense.
They get fired for Tier 2 offenses.

This was back when I was broke in college like 3 years ago. I forgot how many times I did it. I just know I did it with sum $100 cologne saying it came cracked.
Did it with some polo boxers saying they was ripped.
Did it with sum headphones saying they came and don't work.
Ordered some workout shirts I said they was ripped.
I ordered some protein powder and said it spilled in the box

But they know this shyt happen. My aunt live in a bad neighborhood and she ordered some shyt.. she was at work so her neighbor took it into her house and was gonna give it to her. My aunt called amazon and they sent her a whole nother order. The next day her neighbor gives her the stuff and she does the right thing and calls amazon to tell them and amazon just says
