It's not just the nfl it's all sports and most of it consists of opinions and biased rants.

When legit news happen they over report it. No different than regular news.

It's like everything that happens with a player, they feel like it has to be reported.

I dont give a fukk about some 3rd string offensive lineman having an ear ache or some bum ass running back who only get in the game on kneel downs having problems with a stuffy nose.

real talk, if it's not sunday or monday, I don't even pay attention to NFL the rest of the week. especially if NBA season has started.

but with 3 or 4 ESPN networks, countless radio shows, fox sports, yahoo sports, comcast sports, and the NFL network, they have to justify a reason for cats like to be on the payroll full time.

What you're talking about is not exclusive to sports at all. It's just part of today's 24-hour news cycle. Look how many networks are dedicated to simply reporting "news" and nothing else.

Guess what? There isn't something interesting happening at all times all day, so they simply make shyt up. Every topic, no matter how trivial, needs the opinion and analysis of at least 6 different people every half hour. "News" today now includes the reading of random people's tweets

I remember when I was a kid, the news was 30 minutes long. I think they had it right back then.
