Finding money on the ground....

On my quest for bacon and eggs this morning at my local Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, in an almost deserted parking lot I found $60 wrapped in a receipt on the ground.

Now mind you, had there been someone close by I probably would have at least attempted to see if it was dropped by mistake but not this morning, Brehs. That free money was sent from God himself.

And before anyone claims it, I am NOT broke. In fact today was payday however I am cheap as hell! Finding free money is like winning a prize that you didn't even compete for!

The next best feeling is finding money you didn't know you had in the dryer or at the bottom of your purse/wallet.

it's always a surprise. like, i do feel like some video game character when i see money on the ground: i get excited, my health and hopes get a second wind, and my outlook on the day becomes positive. but as time has gone on, now i try to mask the feeling of excitement when i find money on the ground, just so no one else notices

Exactly. The object of the game is to not look directly at the money while keeping it in sight and walking at a pace as not to draw attention to yourself but to get there before anyone else does.

One time, a group of friends and I were hitting a lounge and while i was looking down, fishing for my ID, i found like $200 (the outside was $1s but $20s in the middle) in front of the door. I wasthenand grabbed that shyt and wasall in 2.3 sec.

If someone dropped their wallet, purse, ANYTHING that with I.D attached then, yes. But just cash laying around?

Chances are if I take it to C.S. they are going to pocket the money themselves and call me dumb for just handing it over!
