On the real this forum is getting to childish. Sometimes I want to have a real convo about an up coming album release but all I get is one liner trolls trying to get daps. ..

most of the subforums stay pretty quiet, cats would stil make threads in the booth and the sub forum would stay ignored for the most part IMO
But the people that want to have serious conversations about an album would create threads and post in them.

The only problem is no one post in sub forums and too many sub forums just makes it too much for the avg poster to keep up with.

Are you suprised? The fact that reputation, daps, comments and usernames are thing here, no one can freely express themselves without being judged.
That's why everyone censors themselves and tries to spam threads with funny oneliners and
smileys.
...just to get those damn daps and reps. And if any of the big dogs (read: more reps/daps/comments than you) don't like what you said, their opinion automaticly trumps yours because of that.
And it's like that on every forum. The system is simply flawed.
If you want real discussion go to /mu/.

Everyone is anonymous, everyone is equal, and nobody has any searchable post history. Therefore nobody will censor their thoughts and real the opinions will come out. Without trying to circlejerk the higher ups.

Sometimes I go to a subforum and its always on topic. The posters that go in are actually interested in the topic not just trying to hate or get rep/daps from a funny line.
Imagin having a thread about an up coming album where you can have real conversation about producers, lyrics, artwork, credits, etc. Without having stupid dudes post auto hate or fukking trash can smiles just to try and derail the thread.
