However, under one condition:

If there savings reach point where they won't be able to spend it all in a lifetime, or there net worth reaches point where they won't be able to spend it all in a lifetime, then they must donate a certain percentage of that to an important charitable cause (like clean drinking water.)

what needs to happen, that could happen realistically... is providing ways to get more jobs and industries in the US.. that way as a country, we export more items, and generate more money... and then that money, through jobs, can help those in need.... combine that with a REASONABLE minimum wage.. and that's a START


but again... there's not enough money to go around.. ain't nobody trying to live in a country where no matter what you do.. you only gonna make 31k a year just so there's no poor people.. cause who would do anything worthwhile, knowing that you can cut grass and get the same check as a biochemist

Let's say you make 1000 dollars a month. Well, people in other countries could really use half of your hard earned money.
