I did not say that is not crazy, just pointed out you overestimated the percent, which is the truth. The rest you wrote is only anecdotal evidence. Unless anecdotal evidence is only used for personal experiences, I do not take it serously in discussions about a general population of people, especially when the discussion is about my people (Black American Women are my people).
So is it a problem, yes the rate is too high even at 59%. Do we fully know what percent of them were married with their first child? No, we do not in this thread have that. I will not accept any assertions that assume we know, until we have the data showing we actually know. BTW, I give this same sort of grace to Black American men too, if you have seen my posts.

I need actual stat data like you put up there with the original post I responded to. I do not accept percentages without corroborating data supporting it. It is as simple as that. Just like I will not accept women making generalized statements about men without supporting it with actual data and studies, I will not accept the same being done on women either.
If you have an actual link or study you can put up that supports your percentages, then I will look it over and agree or disagree if what you stated is what the study actually shows.
