I don't believe their numbers and don't believe it's gone down honestly. The prison industrial complex is getting stronger by the year. The US has the highest number of people incarcerated and that sure as helol isn't declining.

Simply put everyone is more into education, enrollment rates amoung blacks are shooting up. We social around education now. I'm older and I refer when education was looked down upon and street nikkas were the in thing.

Now everything is different. I'm struggling to adapt or I'm a dead man.

I got out and see nikkas in tight clothes and nice jackets looking like actors and shyt.

Wasn't like thst when I was 25, timbs and thugs were the business.
