i'll just write this everywhere...google is disabling and deleting email accounts for those inactive for 2 years, by the end of the year, and because google accounts are connected to youtube, a lot of those videos from 10+ years ago may belong to owners who long abandoned those channels...youtube is hemorrhaging money because a ton of videos get uploaded to their servers but only a small fraction comes out net positive to offset their storage fees, and to make youtube more profitable for investors in the age of competing against other tech giants, a ton of videos will be deleted at the end of the year...start downloading old videos and re-archiving them because they wont be available soon, and wayback machine hasn't been able to store old youtube videos recently ever since adobe flash was discontinued https://www.npr.org/2023/05/17/1176602395/google-deleting-accounts

i got a video i made on youtube back in college that has over 60k views, simply because it's been on there collecting dust for so many years.
It was a english project we were required to do for class. still get notifications and comments on it to this day. Maybe they'll finally delete that shyt.
