It all comes down to how much she likes you. And the more she likes you the less crap she will put you through and the more crap she will take from you.

A women that really likes you will be very cooperative. No games, funny business, she will have sex with you pretty quickly, just enjoys spending time with you and being there etc.

Now take that same women with a guy she isn't so interested in. Best believe she's ignoring or taking her time to reply to this guy's phone calls and text messages despite the fact she knows she doesn't like him and he's feeling her. She likes the attention and the power she has over him. She's most likely playing games with this dude, dangling the p*ssy over his head, etc.

Take marriage and divorce for example. A woman who marries you really likes you (or she's desperate for marriage and you are suitable simp). Her mentality at this point is she sees a future with you and wants to build with you. Now take divorce when she hates the thought and sight of you. She gives no fukks about fukking you over with child support, alimony, taking your house, cars etc.

So there's no such thing as good girls/women. It's just the degree to which they like you as to how they will treat you.

My Woman cooks me breakfast lunch and dinner almost daily.

I've never seriously been in a relationship with an American woman and never will. All of the Women I've seriously dated are foreign and have treated me with this level of respect and catered to me. Korean and Japanese Women actually enjoy giving a Man pleasure. I get a home cooked meal and sex whenever I want it. However, more often than not I will give her breaks on both if she has had a hard day etc. I'm not a tyrant.

At this point you are disrespecting yourself. If you deserve better, seek it out. You get what you look for generally. If you looking for mediocre, that's what you gonna find.

Learn a second language and move to an area with more diverse options. Get into a field that gives you the financial status to attract HQ foreign Women with traditional values. Get up.
