My boy swear his factory job is GOAT schedule

10hours Monday through Wednesday and 8 hours on Thursday. It ain’t for everyone

Friday-Sunday he blaze,chill & drink

I agree with your boy...I have that schedule except I work 10 hours Thursday...sometimes I cut my ot and leave early tho

Been doing 4 tens with Wednesday Thursday and Friday off each week for a decade plus. Love having days off in Vegas during the week, places way less crowded when you go out on weeknights and lots of places do specials etc because the crowds aren’t there like weekends. Days off during the week to schedule any doctors/dentist visits without having to work around your work schedule etc. never want to have weekends off again

Yeah I've been on this schedule for just over a year and I get 8.5% differential so I like it overall.

Jobs aren't meant to be worked forever, you're suppose to stack your bread and then invest into something that generates income so you don't have to work anymore

couldn't imagine suffering through work and not stacking to get my way out that cycle
