He a "status" barber. Plenty of them in Atlanta. Pretty much means you pay 2 or 3 times the price for the same haircut alot of other barbers will give you. BUT, you will get to brag to people that you go to the "status" barber.

These barbers take an hour, trying to cut individual hair, spray painting your hair to hide their lack of skill, to make $35 an hour.

I miss the days of $20 hair cuts but I understand the game has changed. I wonder what them booth fees costs though.
