This is a male centric public forum. You could go to Any other non male centric public forum....LSA, KTT ect. Your statement is flawed. You could be anywhere else. Yet you choose a black male centric forum again. Why? You can represent yourself somewhere else. Why here where black men congregate.
Working out is productive and not equal to wasting time. Working out can be location based since you have to phyiscally move to go to the gym. The internet not so much.
Board rooms are where people work depending on their level of connection, or expertise. Typically if one wants to make money or excels at a job they could end up here. Also Idk if you knew this but working is rewarded in most cases with money which can be exchanged for goods and services essential to life. Food is one of them, not sure you've heard of it. Usually people in board rooms make more money at companies than those who aren't in them in the same companies. So It's beneficalto be there if one wishes for more money. Unlike being on a black male centric forum wasting time, as you say.

Fact is you're on a black male centric forum. You could be on any other forum geared toward others or just general music forums ect. But you choose a forum owned by a black male and geared towards black males . You're in a section named aplty after (outside of a barbershop.)
