Also Idk if you knew this but working is rewarded in most cases with money which can be exchanged for goods and services essential to life. Food is one of them, not sure you've heard of it. Usually people in board rooms make more money at companies than those who aren't in them in the same companies. So It's beneficalto be there if one wishes for more money.
