Met this chick about 3 months ago. Would see each other through work about 1 day a week. Lot of flirting/laughing etc. She was sending signals left and right but I slow played it. Her and her gf at work would talk about me, asking me little questions here and there, telling me I look like a certain celebrity. 
So she says that she's gonna be in my neighborhood next wknd with her girl, and they wanna know some good brunch spots. I tell her give me your # and hit me up, I'll be out w some friends too and we can all meet up. She's down and I get the digits.
So that same day about an hour later, I saw her again and said hey, we should get together Friday night (instead of waiting till Sunday which both of our cliques were gonna link up). This was on a Thursday, and she said let me think about it. I said, cool sleep on it, whatever you wanna do.
She text me back an hour later and says yeah let's get together Friday night.
So we hook up Friday night, get some drinks together, convo is great, related on a lot of stuff, laughing, the whole 9. Chilled there for a couple hours, then we decide to get some food. One of her best friends works at this pizza spot as a waitress so she suggests we go there. Cool. She intros me to her girl, and we're all 3 Bs'ing when she serves us. All gravy.
So it's about midnight by the time we roll out of there. We both had a fairly long drive to get home, so we decided to call it a night. I walk her to her car, and she offers to drive me to mine. We end up making out in the car, nothing too crazy but it was all good. Takes me to my car and we roll out.
So I text her the next morning making sure she got home. She thanked me for checking and said last night was a lot of fun. Cool. I leave it at that.
So I hit her up a week later and just see what's up. Little chit chat, and I ask her if she wants to get together again sometime soon. She hit me with the "I had a great time with you, but I can't commit to anything right now". I said nobody said anything about a commitment, just wanted to see if you wanted to get together again. She says lol I know but I have my job, school (going to dental school) plus have to move so don't have time for much else. So I was like that's cool, I hear you.
I left it at that a few weeks back and haven't hit her up.
So lemme ask my brehettes and brehs, is she not interested? Is she playing games and wants me to chase? Or is she being real and I just have to be patient?
Most chicks I wouldn't care about in this situation, but I actually liked this chick. Cool as hell, real pretty and career oriented.
