I don't know what your major malfunction is with not understanding that when the programs are down, the studs want to go to other places. This is why you don't see the many players coming out of UF and UM recently. FSU on the other hand has been doing great the last two seasons with NFL draftees.

FSU has 29 draft picks over the last 3 years, multiple first rounders
Miami has 7 in the last draft (2 first rounders), and overall close to 15 in the last few years, UF is around the same (with a couple of first rounders as well)
so that's close to 60 from the big 3 schools in the last 3 years alone...
