No excusing the cops, as I think we are all about sick of cops just doing whatever the fukk they want, but back in the olden days, horse thiefs were hung from trees or at the very least bullwhipped. Well if the western films I have watched are anything to go by,but seriously I think in those rural deep south parts, in those days, horse thief was as bad as murder. Maybe thats why those cops lost their shyt, they watched a clint eastwood film that day and went all dirty harry on his ass.

Did anyone notice how gentle they were with the horse in comparison to the thief?
