And who can forget the corny "one more match" chant for Warrior during his speech when he repeatedly told the crowd to shut the fukk up, it's not happening.... Then dies from a heart attack 2 days later
That's really the only time I hate the crowd chants. This is the most important night of the year for a lot of people and crowds are trying to make a formal and classy event in to a outlet to get themselves over. "You Still Got It" and "One more match" are annoying and "Thank you ____" chants are corny and don't mean too much when you do them at every inductee.
The worst is when they chanted "Put the screen on" during Lita's induction. Show some respect and don't do a stupid chant over a few second botch ya weirdos.

I fukks with most of the arguments in the thread but to be fair...if I were on the roster, I'd probably be praying to get a chant over....

Only ones that bother me is when the crowd chants people's former gimmicks to put themselves over as being smart... that's fukking wack, like when they were chanting Husky Harris to Bray Wyatt. fukking autistics man.

at nikkas finding anyway to complain. Cats were complaining about dead crowds for a year and yet bytching when Evolution/Sheld got "This is Awesome chants" This is the shyt you would want because it shows that these guys are putting on a great show and it brings more energetic performances into the next matches. Yes those "One More Match" and "You Still Got It" chants should be retired alongside that What bullshyt but these cats pay top dollar for those high ass tickets, Let em cheer what the fukk they want.The "Too cool to partake in excitement" wrestling fans are just as bad as the "smarks" they complain about.

I guess it just rubs me the wrong way now cause it's piled on top of all the other wack chants... "We are awesome" I cannot forgive, though.
You also have to realize that today's wrestling crowds aka WWE Universe are squares just like the majority of this generation coming up now. We grew up off those crazy ass rebel chants. Chanting Shut the fukk up at that punny lil arrgoant shyt at Steve Corino and chanting "Shane's a p*ssy" at Shane Mchmahon was the stuff we came off of so its hard to adapt in a way to the cheesiness.
Some of that shyt needs to be retired but I don't mind the This is Awesome chants at a great match. They also did chant Holy shyt at Extreme rules
