To be fair, plenty of non Asians do the same when they boil their lobsters or crabs alive. I heard you can eliminate any pain stimuli if you freeze the crustaceans for 15 minutes so that they enter a deep sleep before cooking them. Since they die in seconds when boiled, they dont feel any pain because they're basically comatose the entire time.

Then again, I also read that crustaceans dont have the mental capacity to feel pain like more complex animals can.

As for the video, I just dont see the need to subject the frog to that kind of treatment other than for entertainment value which is fukking disgusting.

Recent research has disproven that. Lobsters feel pain like other animals.
