History tells you all you need to know … damn near every economist will tell you post World War II. The country was at its pinnacle when it came to the economy , it was literally the boost of the middle class throughout the whole entire country

The average man didn’t need to get or attain a higher education degree to live the good life
He would pretty much would graduate from high school and apply to the local facility factory, industry plan, etc., etc. and usually as a few years pass he can work side jobs here and there until one of those major corporations hired him where he would work there for the rest of his life and retire with a full pension

Why rely on an organization? Create your own space and take advantage of the situation it's not rocket science. I'm an educated black man with a master degree who's a construction manager with years of experience all over this country. I've meet very bright and ambitious black folks all over the country in the industry. Not only that but i've met many prominent black owned builders and general contractors. Trust me if you want to work with your hands and are decent at it you'll be hired on the spot no matter your skin color. The industry is dying for people and has a lot of thirst for more because everyone wants to sit inside at a desk job. The barriers with the unions is a different story because unions artificially inflate wages and have very strict rules. There's many non union jobs as well where you'll have a competitive advantage over a union worker.

Trust me all the shyt you posted about racist unions is true. However there's a plethora of examples in history of us being stereotyped all facets of amarican society.The rhetoric has changed. You cant go and cry foul for everything. Do you know what the stereotype for black folks in the south in the industry is? They're the laziest laborers and lack motivation. I don't know if that's cultural or if Hispanics just want it more because they come from very bad situations back home. But the stereotype is true.
