Yes they should. Just tell them you want a standard high top fade and when they braid it ask for barrel twist like how they are styled in the photo.

It really is just dreads braided back but he has a hightop so not as many dreads on the sides and back ....

I used to have these when I had locks. Was my favorite twist. Looked hella fresh for longer and stayed out of your face..
