As for just buying a house, good luck with that. You gotta have the work history, a much bigger down payment, plus you gotta make way more money, so you qualify for the loan. Even if you’ve been paying $2000 rent consistently for years, you might not qualify for a $2000 mortgage.

Yeah, for the good spots they be trying to do that. The good areas with fairly reasonable rent know that there is such a huge waiting list that they can ask for any of that shyt and someone will pay it.

My apartment spot has basically been sold out for the entire 3 years I’ve been here.
