Meh. Movie studios been doing remasters/special editions for decades. Also, if you're a fan of a particular game or series and the remake/remaster was done properly/serviceably right and you wanted to replay them, you honestly would prefer the lower scale version? It's also great if you've already traded in or lost the old version, but still wanted to replay them or totally missed out on the initial release in the first place. And all and all, no one's forcing anyone to buy anything, so I don't really see the reason for outcry. Ya'll said it enough as is that these remakes are easy to make, so I doubt they would be causing massive delays on all these new releases that ya'll faux clamoring for anywayz, as the games that's gonna take long to come out are going to take long regardless. A lot of ya whiny fukks don't even support non-typical games enough anywayz to which is why studios even need to do said "money grab" scenarios to help recoup. The only flaw I see in this is if the remake is going to cost as much as a outright brand new title, to which I don't think there's been any remakes thus far that have been that way, least not for one sole game only.

I dont mind remakes but charging $60 for them is hilarious

atleast do it like Halo is doing it and give us all the games for $60 not just 1

shyt like Last of Us and Watchdogs should be $30

I'm inclined to agree with this. Sonys remastering of PS2 trilogies spoiled me.

Yes, I can understand why TLoU costs as much as it did, porting a game from the PS3 to the PS4 is actually a lot more work than most imagine just due to how complicated the Cell was. But shyt like TR had no business costing as much as it did because that was more than likely just a port of the PC version.

The Last of Us on PS4 comes with all of the original DLC so you're reaching asking for it to be 30 dollars.

In addition to that, there were a lot of 360 owners who never played the game who went out and got a PS4. Watchdogs shouldn't be in the same sentence as TLOU either.

do we even have any specifics about the Sleeping Dogs remaster?

the Metro Redux seems to have some pretty significant changes, at least for 2033. and it is half off for those that already own the game(s)

Tomb Raider? you're mad because the console remaster got a different face? who cares... shyt is $5 on PC

Deus Ex Human Revolution? how is that relevant?
