He's hardly ever in a position to suck on the offensive end, because like I told you, he has a limited role due to how much Russ, PG and Melo occupy the ball. All he's basically asked to do is hustle, set screens and crash the offensive glass - all things he's one of the very best at in the league.

Not only is your reductionist reasoning illogical (why not look at the players' actual performances instead of blaming players not based on their actual performances - what kind of sense does that make to you?), but whoever they replace him with, would still have the same role, and unlikely to provide the same level of impact as Adams does in that role.
