Yes. Not all oval tracks are the same.
Richmond has a different racing style than Talladega for example. Talladega is such a fast track they have to govern the speed on the cars, they don't do that at Martinsville for example.
If you're an outsider it may seem like all oval tracks are the same, but they are not.

Never thought I'd see a NASCAR thread in TLR 
I was a Black kid from Brooklyn and I was a huge NASCAR stan as a kid Specifically 4th-5th grade, had the video games, watched the races and everything. Before I joined the Coli I thought I was the only Black kid on earth who liked NASCAR and auto racing in general. Then I joined the Coli and there's other brehs into Auto Racing as well 
RIP to the SPEED Channel though
Ate good off of that channel as a kid
