Back in my day if you went to DC you had a whole different slang, cuisine, and fashion than if you went to Miami or Houston. Now, every city I go to is pretty much the same. Same restaurants. Same gear. Same lingo.

I remember wanting to be totally different than other people in HS and college. I even made my own jackets and drew on my jeans.
