Dr. Umar Johnson fukked up buying those buildings. He should have invested in a small building, or office space, and start small.

This guy went and got something that is unsustainable with the amount of money he received in donations. It is expensive to run a school, and he is going to rely on donations only to maintain those buildings and pay salaries?
