It's more stemmed from their innate natural racist intent.
Racism isn't something they decide to do, it's part of their daily life routine.
We don't get together and focus on speaking on them unless it's something warranted towards us, they don't live that concept.
They are built on having us has natural enemies and their actions are dedicated on that even to the point where long term those decisions are detrimental to them too.
Every war they have created against us has become some form of detriment to them, they can't help themselves it's in their nature after centuries of passed down behaviors/traditions.

Break down 99% of technology companies they are heavily headed or some form of "minorities" are doing the heavy work of innovation. Money/Credit is the simple dividing factor for a lot of creation/progression that is not rightfully labeled to the actually creators of many things that we use on a daily basis or will be using in time to come.
