I honestly don't believe rape happens that often. I think a lot of it stems from regret and therefore a confusion of consent after the fact or maybe even in the middle of the act. But you cannot honestly call it legitimate rape if a woman is sitting there taking it and she is thinking in her mind that she does not want it.
